Warren Maxwell is the driving force behind many musical projects. He is the leader of psychedelic blues quartet Little Bushman. Born in 1970, Warren grew up in Whangarei and went on to study jazz at the Conservatorium of Music, Wellington, where he has also taught. He was a founding member of Trinity Roots, whose debut album True was released in 2002, and Home, Land and Sea in 2004. Both albums have gone Platinum (15,000 units each). Since graduating from Massey University (B.Mus) Warren has also been involved with Theatre Sound Design (Taki Rua, Capital E), scoring for short films (Turangawaewae, Run). Warren was winner of Best Musician at the bNet Music Awards and nominated for the Silver Scroll Award in 2004 for the Trinity Roots song Home Land and Sea.

Peter Golub is the composer of numerous films scores, as well as works for the theatre, ballet and concert hall. Recent film scores include Frozen River (directed by Courtney Hunt, Nominated for 2 Academy Awards, Winner of Grand Jury Prize for Best Film, 2008 Sundance Film Festival); I.O.U.S.A., (directed by Patrick Creadon); The Great Debaters (co-composed with James Newton Howard and directed by Denzel Washington); Wordplay (The Weinstein Company and IFC Films); The Laramie Project (for HBO, with Steve Buscemi, Laura Linney and Christina Ricci); American Gun (with Forest Whitaker and Donald Sutherland); and Stolen (awarded Best Music at 2003 Avignon Film Festival. For ten years he was Composer-in-Residence at Charles Ludlam’s legendary Ridiculous Theatrical Company in Greenwich Village. Born in New York City, he received a Doctorate in Composition from the Yale School of Music; his teachers included Toru Takemitsu, Jacob Druckman and Henry Brant. Since 1998 he has been the Director of the Sundance Film Music Program. He serves on the Board of the American Music Center.
